License key upgrade

If you have a license key for version 3 you can upgrade to a license key for version 4 at a reduced cost.

If a license key is purchased after  2023-12-01 the upgrade is free of charge otherwise the price is 350 SEK.

The license key for version 3 will be invalid after upgrade.

You upgrade from Genney version 4 in Manage menu > License. If version 3 license key already exists on your computer, Genney will know it. Otherwise, select the file from the file chooser or paste the content of the file into the text field and select Upgrade.

Then you are taken directly to the payment service and can complete the purchase and when the purchase is completed, your license key will be sent to your e-mail address. At the free upgrade, license key will be sent directly to your email address.

Delivery

The upgraded license key is valid for version 4, updates and additions to version 4, and two (2) computers regardless of operating system.

The license will be sent by e-mail to the specified address. Normally immediately after payment has gone through. If you have not received any delivery within 24 hours, do not hesitate to contact us.

The license is a personal custom product and is therefore not supported by the right of withdrawal.
