Lists

You display individual lists in a panel to the left of the pedigrees. Different lists are excerpts from your register and works the same way as when you highlight a person in the pedigrees.

If you want to see more of the content you can maximize it. Once you have maximized a list, you can minimize it to return to its original size.

If a list has focus it find a person while typing it's name.

Note that if you have a lot of people in your family register, the individual list that include all persons will take time to update if you change, delete or add persons and it is then beneficial not to view the individual list while making changes.

  2. The search result is displayed. Then click on the mark button under the list (and all persons in the list will have a background color).
  3. When you then, for example look at the list of all people, it clearly shows which ones are highlighted.

When you quit Genney markings disappear.
