To do

To do is a tool that helps you keep track of what to do in your research. Enable with any of the above command.

There are two types of data that you add in different ways:

  1. General information - which is not linked to any individual.
  2. Personal information - which is linked to a person. Personal information is also managed in the Biography.

To edit a task, choose one of the ways to open To do

  1. For View, choose which type to display. Select the task you want to change and select Edit or double-click on the task.
  2. You will see a window with following content:

  3. Edit and press OK.

Instead of deleting your task when you're done with it, you can let it remain as inactive. It turns gray and can be easily separated. It may be of interest to be able to go back and view this data.

You will find people with to-do tasks in the to-do individual list under Main menu > Individual list. There is also a context menu if you right-click (Mac Ctrl + click) on the line for person of the table.
