The above command opens the map.
You must be connected to the Internet to use the map.
In the window to the left is the place register with a search box. It search for the occurrence of the phrase you enter in and is insensitive to capital and small letters. The phrase "sto" finds both Anderstorp and Stockholm. You look for the next instance of your search phrase by pressing .
Below the place register are the users of selected place listed depending on your choice in the menu.
If you press and click on the map
the coordinates of the location where you clicked are copied to clipboard.
You can then simply paste the coordinates when you create a new location.

Import and export of places are to and from an xml file. To import require that they are exported from Genney or are structured so that Genney understand it's content.
In the map's context menu you can choose between different maps and view in external browser as well as changing the color of the map needle.
