With this tool, you can search people on various websites.

To search for a person on the Internet

  1. Highlight the person you want to search.
  2. Activate any of the above command.
  3. You get a window with a number of predefined websites providing search tools for genealogy. But you can also add your own places that should be scanned. Manage your own Internet hosts give you the option to add your own hosts. Basic data for the person is already filled in. You can select the data to be included by removing eg place to get a broader search results. You can also select whether the search must match exactly with the phrases you search with.
  4. Tick the options you want and click OK.
  5. The result is added as tabs next to the pedigrees and you can verify if the persons match.

  Because they are differences between various websites that are scanned, it can happen that all search criteria are not met.

  The browser used has limited functionality compared to the Web browser you normally use and have no toolbar. Easier navigation functions are accessed through the context menu. There is also a search function that you can open with the key shortcut Ctrl+F.
