Report - Personal file

A Personal file is a compilation of all data related to a particular person.

Persons

• Only selected person prints a personal file for the selected person.
• Ancestors prints personal files for the selected person and all of his/her ancestors.
• Descendants prints personal files for the selected person and all of his/her descendants.
• Last search result prints personal files for all persons in last search result.
• Selection prints personal files for all persons found with search tool.

Options

Tick the option you want.

Generations

Specifies how many generations to display. Applies only to Ancestors and Descendants.

Templates

Select template for the report. You can read more about modifying templates under Manage reports and Print settings.
