Report - Family pedigree chart

A pedigree with both ancestors and descendants in the form of a chart is a pedigree that is spread over several pages.

Ancestors numbering

Where you choose for the selected person and its ancestry to be numbered in relation to root person or if you want them to be numbered based on the selected person.

Genetic selection

Specifies whether:

• to display all descendants (cognatic), only father's line (patrilineal), bonly mother's line (matrilineal)
• only those persons who are able to carry on inheritance are shown with their own families. For patrilineal lines only men and matrilineal lines only women.
• non-biological children should be included
• non-biological parents should be included
• you want to include spouses

Example

Shows how a part of the chart will look like with the choices you've made.

Generations

Specifies how many generations of ancestors to display.

Select template for the report. You can read more about modifying templates under Manage reports and Print settings.
