The above command opens Localization where you can edit place names and convert them to locations.
The name that appears in the list is the place name for facts that
are not linked to locations. Place names has the icon
in front of them.
If you double-click a location name, you can edit the text.
To confirm changes press ,
and all facts place with the place name is changed.
Always make a
backup copy
before major changes in the registers.

which means that an identical place was found in the location register
and facts with the place name are linked to the location.
which means that the place did not exist in the registry,
but the level above exist and is presented as a proposal for a new structured place.
The icon you see in the column with the line number shows the assumed location type.

where you can change the content.
If you save, you add a new location and
all the facts with the place name are linked to the location.
