Biography - general

Life path

Here you manage facts that are linked to the person; either directly or to the individual families. Facts are events, attributes, alternate names or note objects. An event can be a birth, baptism or anything similar. Attributes can eg be title or education. When you add a person there are three pre-defined events. Born, occupation and death. And for each family are also wedding. The facts are sorted automatically by type and date.

The menu can also be accessed through a context menu by right-clicking (Mac Ctrl + click) any of the facts.

You can edit the facts directly in the table or in a separate window Ctrl+R or by double-clicking in the first column of the line. You can see a preview of the notes when you hover your cursor over the note column. And if you have selected a row, you can see a preview of the sources that are linked to the fact when you hover over the source column.

When you highlight a fact you also change the contents for Sources (see below) to the sources that are linked to that fact.
