Editing a person's parents and relationship with parents. You can have multiple parents for a person.
Displays the selected parent.
Display parent relationship with the children. If the parent is biological or if the foster parent or any other type.
The parents listed first are the ones that appear in the pedigrees,
regardless of their relationship to the children.

Editing a persons families. Status, Reference number, Private and Family notes are visible depending on whether you choose to display them, see preferences - biography.
Shows the couple's relationship. Besides the pre-defined: unknown, cohabit, unmarried, married, divorced and separated, you can specify your own relationships in the text box.
A user-defined number or text for the family. Maximum 20 characters.
Biography or similar notes about the family. Maximum 32672 characters.

The children of the family that is selected. Here you can add and edit children's names and birthdays, sort their order and enter credibility, ie. how confident you are that the child belongs to the family. If the connection to the child is uncertain it is reflected in the pedigrees in the form of broken connection lines.

You can make all persons in the family tab to main persons by clicking of the arrow to the right of them.
