Delete family

Menu command Manage > Delete family

Removes a family and all connections to the family from the family register. (No persons deleted)

  Deletion of the family unlink spouses, children and parents and any information related to the family is cleared.

  Back up so you have the option to restore or bookmark persons before removal so they are easy to find. Husband and wife and any children are automatically added to a new group.

Do this:

  1. Highlight the person's spouse in the family you want to remove.
  2. Use the command above and select the family you want to delete from the menu.
