Unlink spouse

Disconnect a person family, spouse and their children.
Note that no persons erased from the family register, and that the only thing that disappears is the person's connection to the family. Children and any information to the family (eg marriage data) does not change.

Do this

Select the person you want to disconnect from the family.
Use the command above and select the family you want to disconnect.
Answer Yes to the question to disconnect.

Back up so you have the option to restore or bookmark persons before removal so they are easy to find. Husband and wife and any children are automatically added to a new group.
